Notes:
My grandmother's sister Emily and her husband Danny Cheshire were well known milk retailers in Cheadle. They lived in Charles Street. I have a newspaper cutting of Emily and Danny dressed as the King and Queen of Cheadle Carnival at the Carnival Bazaar held by the Cheadle Old Age Pensioners Association in 1955. The original photograph must have been wonderful.
