In 1846 Ann became the second wife of my 3 x great grandfather William Shaw. He was 65 years old and Ann was 36 years old. Ann died in 1898, aged 85, in the Workhouse at Stone, Staffordshire. The cause of her death was infirmities of age. She was the widow of William Shaw, a Master Confectioner.
