Notes:
My father's brother, Eric, had a Coal Haulage Business in Dilhorne. Later he had a Fish and Chip Shop in Audley and after that he worked for the Milk Marketing Board. Eric died after a short illness in 1963 aged 55 years. When they lived at Audley I had a holiday with them. I had a bag of crispy batter at the end of frying time. I do not think that would be approved of these days.
