Notes:
Cyril died at the Barrowhill Hall Residential Home, Rocester after a long illness.He waS 86 years old. Cyril was born in Dilhorne but he moved to Burslem when he was a child . Following the sad death of his mother the family were split up. He spent a short time with a neighbour and then he returned to Dilhorne to live with the Brassington Family.He left school when he was 14 and started work at Foxfield Colliery.
