Emma Jane was the daughter of William and Elizabeth Morgan of Croston Street, Stoke-on- Trent. She was a Potters Paintress. Emma Jane was the second wife of George Ford. On her marriage certificate to George in 1888 she is named as Emily Jane.On the 1861, 1871 and 1881 census she is down as Emma Jane. George and Emma Ford are on the 1891 census for Windsor Street, Hanley.
