My 2 x great grandmother, Rachel moved to Kings Norton with her four sons from her second marriage in 1883. Her second husband Abraham had died in 1877.Her daughter Lydia Austin nee Thorley from her first marriage and her family went too. I was really sad to see that Rachel died in the workhouse in 1897.
